This is the reason why caregiver recruiters’ business is booming for thousands of people from around the world who want to come to Canada as immigrants. Furthermore, there are professionals who applied for caregivers for they could not meet the point systems under other category.

It has been a year now, the recruiter failed to deliver the documents for them to process their papers. Another disappointment is they could not file complaints against the recruiter to the proper authorities for they are outside of Canada.
To avoid disappointments, if you have friends and relatives abroad who seek services of a caregiver recruiter to come to Canada, you may advise them to pay only a small percentage of the recruiter’s service fees and full payment only upon receipt of all documentation required under the caregiver program.
Moreover, you may check the background of the recruiter and ask for the names, addresses and telephone numbers of those caregivers they already helped and came to Canada. In addition, to be sure the recruiter is not a “fly by night” operation, visit his/her office and look his/her credentials and licenses usually they are hanged on the wall. Usually, the longer a recruiter operates the more he/she is reliable.
